Delivery and Returns

Delivery Method

We use Parcel Force and Royal Mail for all UK deliveries. International orders are not available at this time.

Shipping timescales are applicable on orders placed before 2pm (GMT/BST) Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following working day. Orders placed after 2pm (GMT/BST) on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.

Please note that during Christmas and sale periods there may be a slight delay in the dispatch of orders. If for any reason we anticipate a delay beyond our delivery times someone from our Customer Service team will get in touch with you. 

Where possible we endeavour to send all of your order together however multiple items may be delivered separately. When applicable you will only be charged one delivery charge per order.

Returns

Should you wish to return an item that has been purchased from us, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and return the goods to Lady Grey Interiors, 32 High Street, Maresfield, East Sussex, TN22 2EH within 3 weeks of delivery.

To allow us to process your exchange or refund please include the original packing slip or a copy of your order.  If you do not have either of these items please include your name and order number. We will only refund by the original method of payment, please allow up to 10 days for this to be processed. Postage and Packaging costs are non-refundable unless an item is faulty.

We are unable to exchange or return any or the following items - vintage glassware, and any special order products.

Items will be exchanged or refunded providing that you have not used the item and it is in the same condition as when you first bought it.

Change or Cancel an Order

Unfortunately in most circumstances it’s not possible to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it. To add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.

To change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact our Customer Care team on +44 (0) 1825 766280. Please note that this may not be possible depending on the status of the order and if your order has already been dispatched or delivered then you’ll need to follow our returns procedure outlined above.

We may cancel an order at any time before delivery.

Insurance & Lost Goods

All Lady Grey Interior goods remain the property of Lady Grey Interiors until payment has been received in full. We shall remain responsible for the goods until they have been delivered or collected after this all goods cease to be the responsibility of Lady Grey Interiors.

If for any reason your items do not arrive in perfect condition or are worried that your goods have been lost at some point on delivery, please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of placing your order.
